Late interest: the repo rate set by the CNB for the first day of the calendar half-year in which the delay began, plus 8 percentage points, for the whole period of delay (Section 2 of Government Regulation No. 351/2013 Coll.). The CZK 1,200 lump sum is due per invoice, only if the contract is between businesses or the customer is a public contracting authority (Sections 1970 and 1972 of the Civil Code, Section 3 of Government Regulation No. 351/2013 Coll.).
